Hi Guys! I appreciated your attention to detail re harnesses, pre- abseil training and the great guys that conducted the experience! As an 'old lady, nearly 74yo', it was a fabulous day. The only drawback for me was climbing back to the top via rocks & 'ladder/stairs'. That was hard work! (My new knee of 13 weeks handled it without any problem!) The guides were fabulous , so patient, holding my hand to make sure I didn't lose my balance on the way back up. Highly recommend your adventure!! Ps. Nobody mentioned to me the trek back up afterwards. Suggest you mention it to older less agile people... - Sharon

I did the abseil activity then hiked up from the bottom of the gorge with the guide. The experience was exhilarating and the views were amazing. The hike up was a good workout and had a nice view from under the bridge. As a climber, I am very attentive to safety issues, and their equipment and practices follow all best practices in the field. I recommend this activity for those who want this unique experience. - Jim
