If you have limited time, this is the ideal rafting activity as you experience the best rapids the Zambezi has to offer during this adrenaline-filled rafting adventure from Rapid 1 to Rapid 7. Collection is at 07h30, after a safety briefing, the activity starts with a hike down to the ‘Boiling Pot’ for a swim in the rock pools below the Falls before the rafting begins. On 09/24, within 24 hours of activity, I was told to request refund after the operator cancelled the activity as it did not meet the required minimum number of 4 people, and I had to search for last minute seat with another operator. As of today, I am STILL having a hard time getting my refund. Contacted reservation via email multiple times and in return is just silence. I also contacted them via their Whatsapp and requested to have my full refund back to my original form of payment, but the reservation consultant said it will take up to 30 days via bank transfer. Since it has to be an international bank transfer, I asked the operator to include the wire fee USD15 so I get the full amount USD105 due to me. Another 10 days passed, no response again on whatsapp. Cancellation for lower numbers if understandable, but giving customer hard time/keeping the money and go silent is NOT acceptable industry standard. If I don't have the money back within 30 days of activity date. I will file official complaints with local authorities, including the Zambia Tourism Agency and Competition and Consumer Protection Commission. So, BOOK WITH CAUTION. - Selena
